Ginger, now Lyta: Lyta is the pretty pied girl with the ears :).  She was an owner surrender who quickly found a home with a lovely couple and iggy friend Kosh.  This picture was from their Christmas card.   June 1998

Charles & Tootsie:  These two incredible senior citizens (10yr and 8 yr) were adopted together by a wonderful family.  They came into foster care together, both heartworm positive and with rotting teeth.  They are now living as any King and Queen should, in the lap of luxury together forever!!   Summer 1998

Noah (Noah-It-All):  Noah had been walking the streets in a very tough city for months.  He was finally taken to the local shelter and I was overjoyed to be able to go bail him out.  He is one of the sweetest boys, I just cannot imagine him living on the streets so long.  He is a little angel who has a super new home with his new IG sister Queenie. January 1999

Casey (Quesadilla) and Spanky:  Casey is the little one in the sweater.  She is an adorable 8 lbs and was an owner surrender.  She found a wonderful forever home who loved her so much, they soon adopted Spanky, who is a whopping 18 or so inches tall!  Spanky came from a shelter, and they have become fast friends!     September 1998 & May 1999

Vinnie:   Vinnie was an owner release.  He was only 7 months when he came into rescue, and is a real charmer!!!  He quickly found a wonderful home with a very loving family who already had 2 IGs. He had a ready made family waiting for him. A neat story about Vinnie in his new home... Their new kitten escaped and was missing for a few days. The family searched and started to fear the worst...until one day when Vinnie crawled under the house through a small hole and wouldn't come out.  The family crawled under to get him, they found the kitten who was scared to death.  She must have been there for days.   Vinnie wouldn't leave without her....he saved her life :)   May 1999

Lance:  I wish I had a better picture of him, because he is a very handsome young man.  Lance was an owner release.  The family had bought him in hopes of breeding him, but found that the housebreaking was more than they could deal with.  He was neutered and found a family right away who absolutely adore him. He is one very happy and spoiled young man :)   August 1999

Henry:  Henry was an owner surrender.  He has PRA and is blind.  He gets around just fine and has found a home with an incredible family who love him to death!  He even has a iggy sister there named Lucy, who lets him know when people are coming to the door.  Henry leads a very normal life thanks to his wonderful new family. February 2000

Daphne:  Daphne is the beautiful blue girl in front. She was an owner release at 1 yr of age, when her family realized that the breed was not right for them.  She is a gorgeous girl who was a bit timid at first, but is thriving with her new family.  She was adopted by a couple who had also adopted their male, Frances, from rescue.  They flew from the other side of the country to visit with her and flew her home in cabin. It was a match made in Heaven, and like all good girls, Daphne quickly took control of the house!!   Frances and Daphne make a lovely couple.    JULY 2000

Romeo:   Romeo was an owner surrender.  He is 6 yrs old and has PRA  He is completely blind.  He is one of the sweetest boys and 100% housebroken!!! He had been living ouside, so getting back indoors and under the covers was a joy for Romey.  This is his 3rd or 4th and now Forever home!!   He has such a special new family and has a Greyhound brother and Pug sister as well as a houseful of cats.  He has fit in well from day one and his family loves him very much!   September 2000

Niles:  Niles is a lovely 1 yr old boy who was also an owner surrender.  He was a pet shop purchase, and eventually the family realized the breed was not for them.  Niles quickly found a home and is living in the lap of luxury with his new big buddy Billy The Greyhound!  They have become best friends and Niles is well loved at the local Greyhound walks :)     July 2000

Dylan:  Dylan is a very sweet and special boy.  He has a liver shunt and needs to be kept on a raw home prepared diet to keep him happy and healthy.  He spent a few months here in foster care getting back on track and has now been adopted by a fantastic loving family who has a soft spot for the special needs rescues :)   He has shown no symptoms of his illness in the last few months and has been thriving in all aspects of his life!!!  He is a darling dog who will be treated like a King in his new home. Thank you everyone who has been sending prayers and well wishes to Dylan...they worked!     November 2000
