We met Charlotte & Fred at a match in 1996. Mark and I had always loved Boston Terriers and we saw the most gorgeous little pups with Fred and Charlotte. We couldn't stay away, so we went over to introduce ourselves, started talking and spent the day with them. We got to know the breed over time and knew we had to have a little wee one join our family.
Rosie was born in March of 1997. We were planning on waiting for a later litter, but in June of '97 things fell perfectly into place due to strange circumstances...thus her name :)
Laura showed her easily to her championship, taking Reserve Winners Bitch her first time out at 6 months at a Boston Terrier Specialty. And Best of Breed over specials along the way from the classes.
Rosie has been a joy to live with since the day she came to live with us. Being raised by our IGs, she fits right in with them, sleeping under covers, sunning herself and hanging out in the doggie pool in the summer.
Rosie is daddy's little girl, sleeping on his pillow around his head every night. We thank Fred and Charlotte for allowing her to come live with us, she is such a special little girl! |
