Mark and I feel rescue is an important part of being involved with any breed. Every IG deserves a chance at a wonderful, loving, forever home and we are very happy to be a part of that process. We have a soft spot for the older and special needs Iggies, all IGs are entitled to nothing but the best!

Please note, we are located in CT, and do not ship. We will occasionally work with approved adoptors from other areas, but we will not ship dogs, so other transportation would have to be made. |

JULIUS: This handsome blue male 5 yr old is a total love who is looking for a family who will love him for who he is. Jules was allowed to roam loose and was hit by a car in the summer of 2005. He is truly lucky to be alive and has overcome some serious injuries. Jules is sweet as can be, but has a few issues that a family needs to understand. He does not do well with change and can stress if asked to do too much out of his daily routine. Jules is a loving boy looking for a forever home who will love him for the very special snuggly boy that he is. He has some leash (neck) issues and will require a fenced yard. Whoever brings this special boy into their lives will have a lifelong best friend. Are you that home? |

HERSHEY is a 7 year red neutered male who came into rescue when was left behind when his family moved. Hershey got is name not just for his Hershey kiss shaped spot on his neck, but mostly because he is a little kissing bug. He has a delightful personality, is a very loving and intelligent dog who enjoys belly rubs. A very happy dog, he is shy at first but once he warms up to you he’ll be your best buddy. So far in foster care he has perfect potty habits, is great on a leash and ok in a crate - he whines for the first 15 minutes, and may be better suited for a home rather than an apartment. Hershey is a joy to live with. He is simply looking for someone to love him. |
